In our latest review, we praised TalkTalk for its solid routers, wide coverage and reliability. In fact, it even finished in second place in the Most Reliable category of this year's Expert Reviews Best Broadband Awards, where 78% of the customers we surveyed said they were satisfied with the stability of their connection. That put it ahead of big-hitters such as BT, Sky, Virgin Media and Vodafone.
The caveat is so-so customer service.
